Hi friend.

Welcome. I’m so glad you stopped by to read and explore my site. I am an interdisciplinary artist, dancer, educator, writer and yoga practitioner, I am motivate to grow community, conversations, and connections between humans through the arts.

My artistic practice is centered in mindfulness and deep exploration. My methods are informed by kindness, and valuing each human being, and all living things, which (hopefully) results in ethical and anti-oppression content creation. That’s my goal. And I also care about artistic quality, sustainability and having an exuberant and joyful experience along the way.

If that resonates with you, let’s join forces.
